Panther model tank jack, panzer type V.

This on-board tool, attached to the outside of the tank, is believed to be from one of the two Panther’s from I./Pz.Rgt. 6 of the illustrious Panzer Lehr Division, destroyed on July 11, 1944, on the D-257 departmental road crossing the village of Dézert in the Manche department.

Model “20TL” with a lifting capacity of 20 tons.
