This part was removed from the wreckage of an L.C.V.P. that remained on Omaha Beach following Operation Overlord on June 6, 1944.
Manufactured by Federal Modul in Detroit, USA, with a production date of July 24, 1943.
Diameter: 55 cm; pitch: 25 x 14.
In its original condition as found.
