Original tract launched by US Air Force aircraft in North Africa, Morocco and Algeria.

Containing a message from the President of the United States, Roosevelt, and calling on the French residents and the local populations to join, or at least not be hostile to Allied troops.

This leaflet was distributed in November 1942, shortly before the outbreak of Operation Torch, the landing of US troops in Algeria and Morocco.

Two different leaflets were thrown around, one written in French and the other in Arabic.

A rare document to put in a frame.
