Jacket and skirt for female personnel serving in the Women’s Reserve of the US Naval Reserve with the rank of Yeoman First Class. WAVES (Women Accepted for Volunteer Emergency Service) fabric collar badges are placed on the jacket.

The jacket and skirt are inscribed: Doris B De Lorme.

The buttons on the jacket have been moved to make it larger.

Dixmudes bars are attached to the left breast pocket:

American Campaign Medal – WW II: The American Campaign Medal – WW II (ACM) is awarded to personnel who served for one consecutive year between 7 December 1941 and 2 March 1946 within the continental borders of the United States, as well as those who served for 30 consecutive days or 60 non-consecutive days outside the borders of the United States but within the American theatre of operations. The ACM was established on 6 November 1942.

WW2 Victory Medal: World War Two Victory Medal is awarded to military personnel who served between 7 December 1941 and 31 December 1946. The Victory Medal was created in July 1945.

The skirt has a button and hook closure and a functional TALON metal side zip.

The satin lining of the jacket has some visible tears and repairs.

A label is present inside the skirt but is illegible – No label in the jacket
